Finally the moment has arrived : the construction works are completed, the 4th hall is standing. A 1500m² work space, air-conditioned at 20°C, is now at our disposal.
This will enable us to manufacture still more reliably for you.
The relocation of our complete 5 axis machine park can now begin and the first aircraft engine modules should leave these new facilities in the course of Augustus.
Thanks to our new investment, a LEITZ 3D measuring machine with a 3x2x1m travel and pinpoint accuracy, we will be able to guarantee you an even higher accuracy also for pieces of large dimensions.
Through the high level of performance we request from our employees, we are trying to meet your requirements of TOMORROW by planning the future TODAY.
This means for us for the 3 coming years : a 5 mio € investment in premises and machines, of which our new air-conditioned hall represents the keystone.
A look back on the 10 months construction phase:September 2009 : excavation works and stabilization of the building site
October 2009: Erection of the metal structure.
November 2009: Beginning of the roof and wall cladding works. Closing of the building for the winter.
March 2010: Laying of the damp course and completion of the roof and wall cladding works.
Avpril and mai 2010: Levelling of the floor, laying of the floor isolation, pouring of a reinforced concrete floor plate and of an epoxy flooring.
June 2010: Completion of the hall : installation of the air-conditioning. Acceptance of the building by means of a “Blower Door Test”, with excellent results.
August 2010: occupation of the new hall by the production and measuring department
