On 01.03.2010 Mr. Sebastian Hamacher has been taken on in our company as production officer. Mr. Alexander Fickers, who accomplished this function before, now attends exclusively to the sales management.
This year our company took again an active part in the action ‘Schnupperwochen’.
During the Easter holidays we had the opportunity to welcome a lot of young people in our workshop and to provide them a deeper insight into the empire of precision mechanics.
Just like every year we found young people interested to begin an apprenticeship at Capaul.
On wednesday April 14th Minister Oliver Paasch and IAWM director Patrick Bonni could assure themselves of the repeated success of the ‘Schnupperwochen’.
Our collaborators’ professional and further education has a strategic importance for the future of our company. Technical progress and economic growth can only be guarantied if we accept anything new as a daily challenge and always keep searching for continuous improvement.

Out of a ray of light shining through a murky church window on the floor, Johannes Weber created a work, entitled “the moment”, which is extracted from the photo issue “Ways of silence”.
